4 STAR FOUNDER

This is a lifetime membership that includes 2 (two) foursomes at each event which includes all activities associated with the event, recognition on all collateral materials, mailings, event signage, website, and a special corporate logo or individually named flag in the “Circle of Honor” which will be presented at each tournament. The principal listed as point of contact will receive advanced notice of any “special invitation only” events and will have “right of first refusal” to attend under the same conditions as established for other attendees:

Charitable Contribution: $400,000.00 (donation may be made over a 3-year period of 150,000, 150,000, 100,000.

3 STAR FOUNDER

This is a lifetime membership that includes 1 (one) foursome at each event which includes all activities associated with the event, recognition on all collateral materials, mailings, event signage, website, and a special corporate logo or individually named flag in the “Circle of Honor” which will be presented at each tournament. The principal listed as point of contact will receive advanced notice of any “special invitation only” events and will have “right of first refusal” to attend under the same conditions as established for other attendees:

Charitable Contribution: $200,000.00 (donation may be made over a 3-year period of 75,000, 75,000, 50,000)

2 STAR FOUNDER

This is a lifetime membership that includes 1 (one) foursome at 4 (four) events per year, which includes all activities associated with the event, recognition on all collateral materials, mailings, event signage, website, and a special corporate logo or individually named flag in the “Circle of Honor” which will be presented at each tournament. The principal listed as point of contact will receive advanced notice of any “special invitation only” events and will have “right of first refusal” to attend under the same conditions as established for other attendees:
